This savvy fun-loving book gives a new twist to classic fairytales in poem form. Children will love the mirrored text and pictures of each poem such as Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, and many more. The clever literature demonstrates that there are two sides to every story. On one side of the page is a full page of brilliant artwork. While the illustrations on the page are opposite, the illustrator still managed to keep the picture look as if it was one flowing picture. On the reverse side of the page are the two poems that have contradicting viewpoints. The two poems are written exactly the same, but in reverse order; only changing the necessary mechanics, which represents the literary element reverso. In each familiar fairytale; the opposing poems are the reversal of each other. The abstract, reverse illustrations give an artistic spin to the well-known fairytale.
